Hemisphere HG was established in 2021 and is owned by Hipoges. Operating independently, it focuses exclusively on real estate valuation and advisory services, capitalizing on a proprietary database that is unmatched in the market.
Hemisphere HG is a regulated firm by RICS, which ensures that we perform with the highest standards of conduct, ethics, and internationally recognized criteria. All assessments and reports are prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and international valuation standards determined by the IVSC.
In Portugal, Hemisphere HG is also regulated by the CMVM when acting as a valuation expert (PAI/2021/0075).

Regulatory Transparency
Hemisphere is regulated by the Royal Institution if Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since April 19th 2023 and therefore complying with the Rules of Conduct for Firms including working to RICS standards and having a Complaints Handling Procedure (CHP) for dealing with grievances.

besides RICS Hemisphere is also listed in the Comissão de Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM) to act as expert property valuer under the registration number PAI/2021/0075. Hemisphere is therefore eligible to perform property appraisals for the financial system and investment funds, acting with impartiality and accuracy. Registration with the CMVM is specific to financial appraisals, and the professionals must possess the technical and ethical knowledge under the CMVM regulation and supervision.
